Strand Meditations won't drop (no, I have not unlocked all the strand fragments)
Strand meditations have stopped dropping for me. No, I have not unlocked all the strand fragments on this or any class. Yes, I am running the strand subclass. No, I'm not maxed on them - been sitting at 401 for days. I am not getting any drops anywhere, even in the vex zone on Neomuna. Are there any known issues that could be causing this?

You can only earn enough fragments on a character to buy all the fragments and it caps out at whatever you need to finish it out. Ie if you're missing 2 fragments on warlock and 3 on hunter - your warlock will not get any meditations if you're above 400 but your hunter can earn until it hits 600. to work around it if you dont want to play strand on other classes is to buy fragments on them so your warlock can earn more meditations
