I was in trials and got the names of 3 cheaters.
I was doing Trials with my buds and we encountered these 3 dudes. they were good but when we made the slight signs of a comeback, our friend's suddenly started having issues (He's never had that issue before).
His internet went back to normal as soon as we lost.
These dudes are sketchy and we were 1 game away from flawless.
This is WAYY to odd and convenient.
Can we do something about it?
We already reported them in-game but how do we know something will be done? Do we get a notification when someone we reported gets banned?

Bungie won't message you if any action was taken.

1 RispondiDidn’t bungie tweet that the servers were stressed based off the amount of people playing this weekend? I got kicked out of games at random times but luckily was able to get back in. I don’t think it was cheating. Sometimes the longer you’re in games connection to P2P gets spiky. Also if you guys were connected to someone super far away that could also be the reason for the drop.

You know that all players have their IPs hidden now, right? The only way someone may learn your IP while you are playing is that somehow you hand it over to them

Unlike other games, bungie hides cheaters as if theyre victims so youll never know if anything was done. But in all likelyhood nothing was done, bungie doesnt like to punish people so theyll likely be playinf daily and nothing will happen.

Who cares man. It's on Bungie man clearly they don't mind people doing it cause they haven't stopped them since 2014 when this game began. It ain't gonna change. My advice is either get over it and understand these are very pathetic egotistical internet basement dwellers and laugh it off or join them I guess. Never me though I'll never cheat. I despise people who do. Yet Im realistic you won't see me playing trials ever. I know who's in there waiting for me and it's a waste of my time. The only way I'd play is if some insane pvp streamer offered to take me to the lighthouse. I'm not dealing with the kind of players involved in trials. It's full of this kinda thing. I remember watching people get ddosed over and over in destiny one. The cheating and crap has plagued this game for a long time despite whatever people may think it's a fact. I simply don't take the game that serious. Cheaters ruin the game for everyone. What's the point in not playing and letting a hack or macro play the game for you? It's really the worst of the community and they all deserve permanently banned from all fps for cheating. All cheaters should be donkey punched in the balls too...

And they'll still play but if you dare tell their name you will be banned. At this point it does feel like they dont care about cheating in this game. We even started seeing more of them in PvE. Yes PvE... how lame is that.

Report system won't work I have reported numerous cheaters with evidence and I know for a fact they still play.
