Are you sure. You got reported repeatedly by players flagging your account for investigation by Bungie staff who found reason to issue a stand alone warning. For whatever reason you ignored this warning and carried on playing ruining more matches for others -blam!- you. This earned a second investigation which again found reason for Bungie to step in. So from your point of view things may be fine but you were lagging in matches ruining them for up to 11 other players a time.
