Trying to play Destiny 1 again on my xbox one after i used to play on my xbox 360 before any major DLC’s came out (I couldn’t afford the DLC’s at the time, but I have the full collection now. I originally got the error code Chicken before I even got to select my character, but then changed to a wired connection. I’m now able to see my characters and selected to move my progress over with the “one time selection”. Now, I can get to select my character and reach the main menu, but can’t travel or see my level. The game also always gives me the “attention contacting destiny servers” before eventually giving me the error code Weasel. As I said, i’ve switched to a wired connection and have no issues playing ANY other game. I’ve also restarted my xbox and router/modem by unplugging them for 5 minutes, but that made no change. I’m level 40 on a few characters, but have even tried logging in on another xbox live account to see if I could just start from scratch, but that gives me the same error code. If any gaming gods out there could help me, I’d really love to get to play this game again
