Continuity Fragment bugged or meant to be?
So if you wear the abeyant leap boots for titan and cast barricade the fragment thread of continuity does not work with these? Bugged or meant to be.
Did some testing... took boots off and it extended the duration of tangled... boots on then... nope back to 8 seconds.
