Hi there! The Forsaken Pack grants access to some activities, such as the Shattered Throne dungeon and the Last Wish raid. If you are experiencing issues accesses these activities, can you please provide a screenshot of the message you are receiving? Please upload all screenshots to a public source, such as IMGUR. In regards to your other question, deluxe edition upgrades are available based on what your platform store offers. There should be a node on the Destinations tab that has Savathun’s symbol on it. You can see if you can access the upgrade through there. Please note that all refund requests must go through the retailer that you purchased your content from.
