I've completed the dungeon 'Spire of the Watcher Multiple time as I'm sure plenty others have in chance of getting the exotic bow. one triumph in particular to complete it with dying I've done twice, but I wasn't rewarded the triumph. thanks to other players I was shown a site to see your dungeon report and even there it says I died 0 times. hoping for some support or help to fix this issue.
