I donated $100 to the foundation and received a link as well as the incentive email to allow me to claim my items in game. However, the Sparrow and Ghost Shell are not present in my collections even after I have claimed them on the site. I followed the instructions and shut down my PC completely and then booted back up and brought the game up and I still cannot claim these from my collections. I am able to claim the Banners from my flair category but I cannot find the sparrow nor the ghost shell. If anyone has any workarounds please let me know. I have my receipts for any bungie employee looking to help as well if needed.
