Give REPULSOR BRACE Volatile Rounds.
Arc has Volt Shot, Solar has Incandescent, Stasis has Headstone AND Chill Clip, which are all top tier perks.
Repulsor Brace as it is now is not even remotely worth the slot.
Change perk to “Applying Void-debuff to targets grants VOLATILE ROUNDS and grants overshield on kill”
