So basically, I can't progress through the story of Ahoy and Aweigh for whatever reason. I looked it up on youtube, and after you go to the Last City, you're supposed to see an interaction between Spider and Eido. Once you do that, you speak to spider, and he's supposed to give you the quest called "Ahoy and Aweigh," however, when I try and talk to him, it says, "Sorry, there are no items available here. Please check back during a future visit to see if there's any new inventory." I've been dealing with this issue a couple of days after the season started. I'd greatly appreciate the acknowledgment of this issue, as I've made multiple threads with zero responses over the weeks.
