I tried to transfer my PlayStation account for Destiny 1 to my Xbox series S and it says on bungees website that there is no PlayStation account please help me I spent a long time making my characters and I would like to transfer them to my Xbox

Your characters to come from destiny 1 had to meet certain criteria and it was also in the same console family. That feature is no longer available. Bungie doesn't transfer characters from one account to another. You can use your psn characters on Xbox through cross save however that doesn't permanently transfer them to Xbox.
