Adept weapons should have enhanced random roll perks
To make raid adept weapons more saught after other than the seal, all master raid weapons should roll with random roll enhanced perks. They should not be craftable, but it will at least give the community a reason to do the master difficulty weekly. Putting base perks on adept weapons for the second raid in a row is a little upsetting.
