Is nessus broken for anyone else? Dialogue and ghost symbol would come up but no sound, fallen ships would boop invisible walls, get violently launched into the stratosphere, etc. At one point my teammate was launched into a restricted area and insta-killed during the start of a public event. Also had an issue not long ago where the servitor in a public event near xur on nessus was permanently immune.
