This build could be amazing but when you are counting on a melee kill to proc your exotic and it just doesn't happen seemingly at random it can be very frustrating. Please can someone respond and acknowledge this issue and add it to your known issues list. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, appears totally random. I have added a video of me getting a kill with a charged melee and the sunbracers perk does not proc when it clearly should.
