The gun was balanced since the hip fire rpm nerf, now every weapon can outgun dmt. It doesn't feel like a exotic. Bring back cranial spike damage, or if there's a problem with the damage scalar like bugie says, make that cranial spike boost the rpm to 150 even if you are aiming. Great weapon for PvE, for PvP better use a blue scout.
