As you can see in the pictures in the imgur link, the cloth sleeve that's supposed to go under the blue energy of the bracers is floating outside the player's model. When you inspect the sunbracers, the ornament is see-through at the forearm where said cloth should be. You can also see this when drawing a bow, as the hole left by the sleeve makes part of the gauntlet transparent.
