I've been waiting for hours for this Psion to appear. In the pleasure gardens where everyone says he appears. I found Uaoc, but the other one for the requirement, no. Uaoc appeared multiple times. I'm so tired of this. The hell with this title. Make him appear more or allow us to trigger it. Other then that, just trash the requirement and title. Some of us have daytime jobs. You all really need to have people test these things.
