Please help! I haven't received my game key.

Hey Bungie, please give me a hand here. I have bought a license for the Steam version of the game at the Bungie Store on Tuesday, my order is completed but I haven't received the game key yet. It's been 2 days already, the website promised the key would be sent up to 48 hours. I just want the key so that my friend can play with me. And, yes, I did check my Junk mail as well as my Inbox constantly for these past 2 days. I have also written to the Customer Support but I haven't received any replies (I know, you are busy). Can I have some love here, please? I just want to play with my friends. This is a key code, not a physical product. Please help!

    • I have the exact same issue, it's been 3 days and bungie support is not helping, the person on the other side even claimed I already downloaded the code which was just not true, I purchased witch queen for 66 and legacy for 22 and only got the code for legacy.
