I need some help please
I have a ticket open with Xbox rn. I perched the destiny 1 taken king collectors edition I have all the items in my inventory Microsoft can see the purchase as well but the in game items say I do not own the collectors edition the ticket number is 7005848605 if someone could fix this I’d appreciate it

Modificato da SaintX: 7/14/2022 4:46:55 PMD1 doesn't transfer items to D2 like that, I seen on one of the other guys comments you stated d2, you can't transfer items from d1 to d2 the taken king is a d1 expansion not a d2 one. If thats not what you looking for get in contact with MS bungie doesn't control what MS gives you from the store they tell MS these are the times that comes with the expansion, if you dont get those item tall to the person you got it from in this case MS. Check the ttk xbox collectors edition some items might be time gated even tho you bought the right edition you might of bought it late, also check collections the shader place as well as postmaster.

7 RisposteBungie doesn't handle licensing. That is a Microsoft issue. You will need to work with them to resolve this issue.
