Game crashing whenever anyone joins my fireteam
PC, Windows 8.1
Game crashes whenever anyone joins me, straight to the desktop, no error codes. I couldn't join anyone before I turned off Team Voice chat in settings either. All files were verified, no issues there.

+1 Also on Windows 8.1 Game doesn't crash if someone else is fireteam lead and someone joins, but if I'm fireteam lead and someone joins, game crashes to desktop with no code. Sometimes if I'm promoted to fireteam lead instead of starting the team, the fireteam works fine and people can join without me crashing. Really weird bug.
