If I’m not mistaken, the Witch Queen only includes that DLC. You have to purchase the past DLC separately. I just transferred from PC to Xbox due to frame issues that never got fixed from beyond light only to find out that I have to purchase all the DLC’s over again. I guess I should have paid 100% attention to the gorrilion checked marked boxes during the transfer. I at least wish they would offer a bundle to help out a little bit. Edit* Forgot to add you can purchase the Legacy DLC which will give you the 3 previous DLC’s all in one at a discount.
