Both the Helm "Crown of Sorrows" and Tower "Drifter" icons are blinking in the Map window. The Drifter starts blinking after you reach Rank 8. This has been going on now for 5+ seasons and I have reported it multiple times, along with other people in the Forums. The Crown of Sorrows icon started blinking after I Ranked over once and then reached Rank 4 for the second time. I've checked both of them with all 3 characters and there is nothing to pick up. My inventory isn't full, so there is no reason for it to keep blinking.
