I'm playing this game on Low graphical settings, during this week's Sever mission, when Nightmare of Safiyah is converted into a Memory, she doesn't appear and Zavala talks to the air. I repeated the mission again with the same settings and the same thing happened, the Memory does appear in H.E.L.M tho. [Everything on Low, except for Textures, which are on Medium - 80%] [Testing pending with different settings]
