I have no idea why bound presence drop rates are so abysmally low. 5 Containments in a row and I still have yet to get one. I'm trying to get a single red boarder from the sever missions Bungie wants me to replay, but how am I supposed to replay the missions if i'm never getting the required items to drop?... Someone please explain to me what i'm doing wrong.
