Using Severance Enclosure with Throwing Hammer only applies on first hit.
When using Severance Enclosure with Throwing Hammer, only the first throw applies the AOE explosion. You then need to reset the hammer a few times, or wait for it to regenerate naturally (not picking it up again) for the effect to apply again.

Probably another nerf to limit Titans again with Solar 3.0. Meanwhile, the new Hunter exotic basically gives them the same thing WITH scorch and ignition on their ranged melees, throwing nukes left and right. And then there’s the Warlocks with their auto-aim ranged melees / necrotic grip combo.
