If you use Ember of Benevolence and any kind of Restoration effect, if you apply the Restoration effect to an ally, it will not renew the Ember of Benevolence buff as they are healed. This also applies to AOE heal over times such as Healing Rift. It will provide Ember of Restoration on the initial heal, but it does not refresh over time. For context, the previous Warlock class attunement would apply the ~5s buff [i]continuously [/i]for any heal over times, and only start to run out once the healing ability had expired completely. This new bugged behavior heavily reduces the viability of the fragment, and it is significantly worse than before.
