There is a clear bug with the Polaris Lance exotic scout rifle catalyst quest. One of the 2 objectives requires 50 final blows with The Perfect Fifth rounds. Simple enough right? Except no matter if the bullet, the explosion, or the burn damage causes the final blow, no progress is made. I've tested this multiple times in a variety of game modes and no progress seems to be possible.
