Straight forward request if a titan uses melee to lung it should go on cool down, being able to spam it is huge problem in rift. Edit: Before titan mains say something devoid of logic I'll just point out every other source of extra movement has cool down icarus dash,hunter dodge even blink, this is only one with no cd that can just be spamed.
