Activated cross save after starting deluxe edition, want to return and rebuy for cross save characters
I bought the witch queen deluxe on Steam, and started a new character. I activated cross save to revisit my characters from my xbox one, and realized that the season passes do not transfer. Is there anything I can do to return the expansion to repurchase the deluxe version to get the season passes and additional content for my cross save characters?

No, you could try platform support (unlikely to work) but Bungie wont issue any refunds for it.
