Nerf titans melee
Straight forward request if a titan uses melee to lung it should go on cool down, being able to spam it is huge problem in rift.
Edit: Before titan mains say something devoid of logic I'll just point out every other source of extra movement has cool down icarus dash,hunter dodge even blink, this is only one with no cd that can just be spamed.

3 RisposteI don't believe that's a good idea, unfortunately. It's a melee ability, for sure, but it honestly takes a bit longer to set up than a blink or an icarus dash would. For those, the cooldown makes sense because all you have to do is jump and hit another button, nothing more. For the Shoulder Charges, you have to run, on the ground for a brief period, AND THEN jump and hit the melee button. If you hit someone, it goes on cooldown, which is nice, but taking away one of the ONLY movement tools a titan has outside of Cryoclasm is a bad idea.
