Meaning the portal would not teleport the affected player back into the main area of the gauntlet encounter to be able to collect the chest. On the 3rd attempt, after actually completing 3 rounds of boss DPS (previous encounters we beat the boss on the second teleport into the gauntlet/ running area) all 3 players were teleported and thus were able to collect the chest, perhaps this was intended to take 3 dps phases to complete? Either way, it's something not working as intended. FYI
