[Bug] Khepri's horn exoitc no longer creates sunspots on kills.
Pre solar 3.0, the solar blast created by Khepri's horn created sunspots on kills (counted as a solar ability). Post solar 3.0 it no longer does this. The change was not listed in the patch notes.
