Overload champs: Fix the "reverse-stun-locking" of Overloads
When I stun an Overload champion it will VERY often get stunned circa 10 times at once.
And then it will seem as if it didn't get stunned.
This is an utter pain to play with especially in solo content when you're under levelled.
