I just completed the Bay of Drowned Wishes Solo Legend on my Titan and received the triumph but did not received my exotic helmet.

Hello there! Exotic drops are not guaranteed from the lost sectors. You'll need to run it a couple times to get one to drop. Also, Legend lost sectors have a lower drop rate than Master, so if you are up for the challenge and/or high enough level, you may want to increase the difficulty for the better chance at a drop.
