Hi Support, I'll keep it short. Cable ISP, direct connect modem and modem to Xbox Series X. I have factory reset xbox I have reinstalled destiny 2 and packs multiple times I have done the issues in help file Rebooted my xbox Unplugged Xbox over night Etc... It has been so prevalent that I can actually call out to my party when it happens. It happens all the time in VOW Raid Lightblade GM Glassway GM This does not happen with ANY other game such as Ubisoft division, SQenix Outriders etc.. I have packet monitoring gear enabled and Zero packet loss when disconnects happen.
