After completing the pattern for both the Come To Pass Auto Rifle, and the Insidious Pulse Rifle today, I went to the Relic to shape a new Insidious and noticed that the Relic said I had not unlocked the pattern for Insidious. I then checked Come To Pass, and the Relic said that I had not learned that pattern either. I checked both weapons(which were still in my inventory) but both had lost the red border and did not give me the option to unlock their patterns. My other weapon patterns are still intact. I haven't seen any other posts about this so I figured I'd make this post and hope devs might see it. If I could also have my weapon patterns, that would be cool too.
