About the DLC on PS3/PS4...
I'm wanting to get the digital collector's edition for my PS3, as I remembered there's free multiplayer.
If I get the base game for the PS4, will the DLC carry over, and can I still wear the exotic armor that came with the digital collector's edition?

No. Only the year one dlc was free to upgrade to the PS4 but that offer ended years ago.
