Getting some insane window behavior and terrible resolution after switching to Windows 11 (stupidly), but rolling back to Windows 10 still getting the same behavior. When I alt tab off D2, the game appears to minimize, then tabbing back, it comes back in Windowed mode, and set partially outside the display field of the monitor. The entire emblem bar is cut off and I have to reapply Fullscreen to reset it. Additionally, the fps has gone to hell. Getting high 20s to low 30s in most activities, and was down to 16-17 during a Psi-Ops. Anyone know how to fix this?
