Completing an exo challenge on europa does not reward any loot. This seems unintended as you open a chest at the end. I know that previously the loot was tied to the pinnacle/powerful reward for activity completion but now they're completely pointless. Also to add onto that there seems to be a bug where there is no dialog throughout it either.
