For the last 4 Seasons I've always had a persistent notification from The Drifter, as in I have something from him I can collect, however nothing is ever there. All engrams have been collected, all ranked rewards claimed, I've even tried buying all weapons/armors he sells. The only time this does not occur is when I still have to complete the 8 bounties for him, and displays the blue star instead. Anyone else have this issue? Looking for help.
