They initially said that the ability to change usernames would be in the Holiday season 2021, now they said around The Witch Queen release and there is still no ability to change usernames. My username was [i]Arctic Avenger[/i] and it got flagged and banned when the crossplay update came out. I had people on the forum say that was because of the last 4 letters in Avenger, which if that is the case then that is extremely jarring if that's all it takes for the system to flag you, seeing as there was a mission and a current title in the game named '[i]Harbinger[/i]' which uses the same letters in the same location as my username. I have been waiting for over 6 months to be able to call myself by my own username but Bungie does not seem to care about simply implementing a name change system so I can feel my guardian is unique in name and appearance. I apologize if I come off as frustrated but I am.
