Fynch higher rank levels are closed to me. How do I get them to open so I can use them?
The rank rewards at Fynch are closed and they say I need to do more of the campaign. I am at level 16 of 17 in the campaign. This is my second character. These rank rewards opened for my first character way before this. Can anyone help or explain?
