Psiops Battlegrounds Node
I don't have the node for Psiops Battlegrounds, I did the Quest involving the EDZ activity, and now have "Operation Elbrus", but no Battlegrounds Node in the HELM.
I'm also not getting any Intel because I'm maxed out, so I can't progress the quest step where you need to gather 500 intel without deleting my stack of 2000.
