Hey, Did you pre-order Witch Queen? If so then when you did pre-order it Xbox did not initially charge you for it, they started charging people for it a couple days ago and if there was an issue with payment it revoked the license. Please check the store to see if it still gives you the option to purchase it, also make sure that Xbox actually charged you for it. If you never got charged then you will need to purchase it again. However if this does not work you will need to contact [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us]Xbox Support[/url] as they are the ones that control the allocation and management of DLC. Bungie does not have any authority over this and wont be able to assist.
