In the past, I have been able to play all my Destiny 2 DLC content on both the Xbox Console and via the Xbox App on my PC. I do own the Game Pass, but I was still able to play both even after the more recent DLCs were removed from the Game Pass. All of these I had purchased only once on the Xbox console. However, I purchased the exceptionally expensive Witch Queen Deluxe + Bungie 30th Anniversary content on my Xbox console and I cannot use either content when playing on the Xbox App on PC. Interestingly, they do both reflect my new season access and progress. This would make sense if I were playing Destiny 2 on Steam, but considering this is all Microsoft/Xbox related, it does not. How do I access my content in both locations?
