When throwing the Warlock healing grenade at players before they pass through the launch pad - it takes away their invulnerability causing them to die from velocity. I tested this multiple times like an -blam!- to make sure it was the cause and each time a player runs through the healing grenade they die from velocity damage. I am unsure if other abilities that grant an overshield cause this as well.
