OK. I have something for you to try. It's a long list so bare with me. Clear your console cache(unplug system for 5min) Restore your systems license. Clear cache once again. Reboot destiny. If that fails you will need to redo those steps but add Uninstall destiny after steps two. An restore license after the second Clear cache.
