My hawkmoon quest is glitched and won't let me rejoin the last part where I need to collect the 5 feathers

It is the one to the left of it, the one next to where you go for the Lake of Shadows strike. Please refer to this video, https://youtu.be/DxUrL6KJJhE?t=1108 The marker is in a different place but the path is still the same.
