Powerful Gear (Tier 1, 2 and 3) Not dropping properly
Powerful Gear (Tier 1), (Tier 2) and (Tier 3)[respectively] Not dropping properly following the weekly completion of Astral Alignment (3/6/9 victories).
My current gear score is 1322, with my highest gear piece @ 1324. Following all 3 markers I received a1322 gear piece. A Tier 2 and Tier 3 gave me a 1322!
Looking for support as I thought Powerful Gear (Tier 2), and (Tier 3) were guaranteed to be an increase in iLVL.

Once you reach 1320, the only things that will ever drop higher are [i]pinnacle[/i] rewards. Powerful rewards will only drop at your level.
