Hello. I've heard a lot of people saying that they had bought something (usually Bungie Rewards) from Bungie Store and the item never arrived or they got something they hadn't bought instead. They also mark that they've tried to contact Customer Support many times and the haven't got any response. I am actually thinking about buying a Bungie Reward and I'm afraid that this may happen. So I wanna ask if it's true or not? If true then does it occur very very rarely or often? Thanks in advance :)
